Gabriela Bernal Saenz is completing her BA in sociology and certificate in leadership and innovation in the nonprofit sector at the University of Regina. She is interested in how individuals and groups are shaped by their context.
She was actively involved in the Civic Literacy Youth Network (CLYN) as a former participant and a junior mentor. In 2025, she co-led the CLYN initiative and helped refresh the program name to the Hope Network.
Today, she continues as the Hope Network Co-Lead to promote learning on how to engage and approach diverse worldviews. She also supports the Hope Network programming in Regina.
